The latest news in the Christopher Jenkins’ investigation aired on July 31, ’07 on KSTP, Channel 5 News. The report stated that Hennepin County will not bring charges in the death of Chris Jenkins. The case has been returned to the Minneapolis Police Department; it remains under investigation.

A report that aired on KSTP on 2/17/2006 showed that independent investigators and body recovery experts have many unanswered questions and question the medical examiners assertion that Chris possibly drowned.

They question why his body was found on its back, while most drowning victims float face down. They also question how the oversized clogs that were part of his Halloween costume still remained on his feet, why his shirt was tucked in and why his arms were found crossed.
